I watched this film last night off of Netflix. It stars Haily Berry as a Lapd 911 operator who takes very stressful phone calls one of which in this film involves the abduction of a teenager. I did think the directors did a good job of showing the 911 call center and demonstrating what the dispatchers go through. I thought Halle Berry personally going after the kidnapper was Ludacris. The film was entertaining.
