This was a terrific film, enjoyable from beginning to finish, easily the best film I’ve seen so far this year, this being August, not much more time in this year. The film was directed by Wes Anderson and starred Ralph Fiennes as M. Gustave. Actually, it was star-studded, with appearance put in by Ed Norton, Adrian Brody, Jeff Goldblum, William Dafoe, Harvey Kietel, Jude Law, Bill Murray, Tilda Swinton, Owen Wilson, and Tom Wilkinson. There was a very strong supporting role played by Tony Revolori as the lobby boy Zero.
Gustave is in charge of the hotel and is sort of a ladies man, a sort of reverse cougar if you will, is sort of his prototype in training….
