This movie deserves a better review than I am about to write, but it has been too long since I first watched it so my memory is a bit sketchy. I will say that this film was a bit Cabin in the Woods-eske and for me, it was at best a three-star film. It did find it to be entertaining but I don’t understand what all the clamoring has been about. Just because there was a decent book doesn’t mean it translates to great cinema.
