Dumb and dumber to

I went to this film with pretty low expectations and they were met.  I wouldn’t recommend or understand why anyone would see this film unless they had seen the first film to compare it to having done that, this one is nowhere near as good.   I am easily entertained and I would still give this film 3 stars.
